HOW TO MEASURE THE UNDER-BUST
Wrap the tape measure around your chest firmly, just under the bust and straight across your back.
HOW TO MEASURE THE OVER-BUST
Measure around the fullest part of your bust (usually over the nipple). This is best done while you're wearing a bra that is not padded. Hold the tape gently so that the tape is resting lightly against your body.
HOW TO MEASURE WAIST
Wrap the tape measure slightly tight around the natural indentation of the waist, preferably on bare skin. If you can't find this curve, bend to one side and the crease will show you where to measure.
HOW TO MEASURE HIP
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips. Use the mirror to make sure the tape measure is straight all the way around. The tape measure should be snug and parallel to the ground.
