Returns & Exchanges
That is, we will happily exchange, credit or refund your Honey Birdette goodies within 90 days of purchase if you have your receipt, all tags attached, the item is not on SALE and has not been worn.
What can I return?
- Please note, we DO NOT offer price difference refunds during further markdowns.
- For health reasons we do not exchange, credit or refund toys unless faulty.
- The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original swing tags/labels attached.
- If you request a refund/credit, the purchase price (excluding the delivery charges) will be refunded/credited after we have received the item(s) back and have confirmed that the conditions above have been met. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.
- Given that sales are rare for us and a great way to make way for new collections, size availability is fast-moving. Unfortunately, there are no exchanges, credits or refunds on SALE items for this reason unless faulty.
- Latex must be sealed & unopened. Opened, worn, or ripped latex will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to sender.
- Hosiery must be sealed & unopened. Opened & worn hosiery will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to sender.
- If you have not already ordered a replacement size/item, please kindly include the style & size requested in your Online Return form. If the item you requested is out of stock, our Honeys will contact you to organize an alternative item or refund.
How do I return my order?
All online returns & exchanges within the US are FREE! Simply follow these steps:
1. Package up the item(s) you are sending back.
2. Fill in the Online Return Form:
3. Attach the USPS return label included with your order to your return parcel.
4. Drop your parcel into any USPS postal office or post box.
5. Once received, if your item(s) meet the terms & conditions of our returns & exchange policy (see above), we will action your return within 48hrs.
Please ensure name & email address match information on original order. Unauthorized returns or items not meeting return conditions will be Returned To Sender.
If you live outside the United States, you still have 90 days to return your item(s) for an exchange, credit or refund.
International customers must cover the costs to return the parcel. However, exchange items will be shipped to you FREE of charge.

What if it’s faulty?
We always do our best to ensure that all products are in excellent condition. However, if you do receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we are happy to replace, exchange or refund the item, if it is returned within 90 days of the original purchase.
- All toys have a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty and will be replaced if a proof of purchase is provided.
- All returned products are tested and will not be accepted if they are considered to be in good working order.
How long will it take?
As soon as we receive your returned item(s) we will process your refund or exchange request. If the replacement item you've requested is in stock, it will be sent within 5 business days. If it is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer either an alternative item/size or a refund.
