Extended Christmas Returns - Honey Birdette has a generous 60 day returns and exchange policy for Full Price items purchased from November 1st, 2021 to December 31st, 2021.
We will happily exchange, credit or refund your Honey Birdette goodies, providing the items meet our Terms and Conditions detailed below.
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
We hope you are totally in love with your Honey Birdette purchase; however, we do understand that sometimes you may want to make changes to your order.
We will be happy to accept your item back for return, so as long as the item meets the return criteria below:
- In its original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact
- No signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains)
- Full price item within 45 days of purchase, sale item within 14 days of purchase
- Items may only be returned with proof of purchase
HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?
Postal Returns and Exchanges within the USA are FREE.
- Complete the ONLINE ORDER RETURN FORM
- Attach the UPS return postage label included in your original order to your return parcel.
- Drop your parcel off at the nearest UPS retail location.
- Upon receipt of your parcel, your return will be processed within 7-10 business days if your items meet the Terms and Conditions of our policy.
Canadian & International Customers
If you live outside the USA, you still have 45 days to return your Full Price items, and 14 days for SALE items.
Please ensure that you return your items to the original country/location of purchase. We CANNOT accept returns purchased in other countries/ locations.
We do not currently offer International exchanges.
- Complete the INTERNATIONAL ONLINE ORDER RETURN FORM
- Visit your nearest Post Office to organise return postage.
- International customers are required to cover any return shipping costs incurred. We strongly recommend using a carrier with tracking.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We accept all unworn, unwashed and unopened items in re-sellable condition with original tags still attached.
- Orgasm guarantee pleasure promise… If you ‘re not head over heels with Venus, let us know within 45 days of receiving (and trying!) and we will happily provide a full refund, credit or exchange once returned. Valid on Venus Toy purchases. Limited time only.
- The following CANNOT be returned:
- Lingerie and Swimwear – not in their original condition
- showing signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains)
- tags removed
- with components missing (such as detachable pendants, straps, harnesses or chains)
- items that have been washed, altered or customised.
- Hosiery – where one or both hygiene seals have been opened
- Latex – where packaging and one or both hygiene seals have been opened
- Bondage items – not in their original condition, or with components missing (such as handcuff links or collar chain)
- Candles, oils and lubricants – if packaging has been opened, or the item has been damaged through personal use.
- Toys – where one or both hygiene seals have been opened. Faulty toys are covered by a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
- Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded for monetary value. Read the full Terms & Conditions here.
- Duties & Taxes as well as any associated shipping costs. These cannot be refunded by Honey Birdette once your order is sent.
- Duties and VAT are collected on behalf of the Government therefore it is the Government who would issue a refund, if applicable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Shop with confidence, honey! Any purchases made from November 1st, 2021 to December 31st, 2021 in store and online can be returned within 60 days. Standard terms apply and excludes sale items.
Sale Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or credit only, as long as the items meet our normal returns policies (detailed above). There are no refunds on sale items.
- Credits are issued in the form of a Honey Birdette Gift Card, valid for 3 years for use both online and in-store.
- No further markdowns can be applied to items purchased at a discount or during sale periods.
- Items cannot cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. The exclusion will be noted on the product page and/or at checkout.
- Sale Item return T&C's apply for items purchased during a FLASH SALE Promotion
- If wanting a full refund or credit note on a bundle purchase, all pieces must be returned.
- If returning just one or two pieces from a bundle purchase, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount.
- This includes any free gifts with purchase. If you are returning an item that came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned.
- We gladly offer exchanges on unworn, unwashed and unopened items in re-sellable condition with original tags still attached.
- Please include the replacement style and size on the Online Return Form below.
- If the requested item for an exchange is out of stock, our Honeys will contact you to organise an alternative solution. Exchanges will be shipped with standard postage.
RETURNING YOUR ONLINE ORDER TO A BOUTIQUE
Online orders can be returned to a Honey Birdette Boutique in the same country that the items were purchased. Please bring proof of purchase to ensure a smooth refund or exchange process. Find your nearest store
