We will happily credit, refund or exchange items, providing the items meet our Terms and Conditions detailed below.

RETURNS

  • We will be happy to accept your item back for return, provided that the item meets the return criteria below:

    1. In its original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact
    2. No signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains)
    3. FULL PRICE items within 45 days of purchase
    4. SALE items within 14 days of purchase for SIZE EXCHANGE* or CREDIT only
    5. Items may only be returned with proof of purchase

    *while stocks last, available for domestic orders only. 

    Final Sale
     

    Items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. This exclusion will be noted on the product page and/or at checkout.

    Sale Item return T&C's apply for items purchased during a FLASH SALE Promotion.


    Spend & Save

    Refunds or credit notes will be issued for the discounted price paid, NOT the original ticket price. The discounted price is shown on your receipt/order confirmation.

    Please note: If a refund reduces the total spend amount BELOW the minimum spend requirement, the discount will no longer apply and will be deducted from the refund. For minimum spend requirements, please refer to our Terms & Conditions page here. Items must meet our regular return criteria as usual.


    Returning A Bundle Set/ Promotion Items

    If you are wanting a full refund or credit note on a bundle purchase, all pieces must be returned.

    If returning just one or two pieces from a bundle purchase, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount.

    This includes any free gifts with purchase. If you are returning an item that came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned. 

  • The following cannot be returned:

    • Lingerie and Swimwear – not in their original condition, or with components missing (such as detachable pendants, straps, harnesses or chains).
      • Please note: Lingerie is considered an intimate item, therefore, if any items are soiled (make-up, fake tan, deodorant or personal stains), we will deem these as unacceptable for return and will post these items back to you.
    • Hosiery – where one or both hygiene seals have been opened.
    • Latex – where the packaging or hygiene seals have been opened.
    • Bondage items – not in their original condition, or with components missing (such as handcuff links or collar chain).
    • Candles, oils and lubricants – if packaging has been opened, or the item has been damaged through personal use.
    • Toys – where one or both hygiene seals have been opened. Faulty toys are covered by a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
    • Gift Cards - all gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded for monetary value. Read full Terms & Conditions here.
    • Duties & Taxes as well as any associated shipping costs. These cannot be refunded by Honey Birdette once your order is sent.
      • Duties and VAT are collected on behalf of the Government therefore it is the Government who would give a refund, if applicable.
      • Countries tend to have some system refunding Duties and /or VAT but the customer needs to go through the appropriate government agency (usually  Customs) and provide the requisite documents.
  • Keep the details of your tracking number so you can see when it arrives back to us. 

    Once it has arrived, your return will be processed within 14 business days, provided that the items meet the conditions of the Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please allow additional processing time over sale and holiday periods.

    After your exchange/refund has been processed, you will receive an email as confirmation.

  • Yes, online orders can be returned to a store in the same country that the items were purchased. Please bring proof of purchase to ensure a smooth refund or exchange process. Find your nearest store.

  • Postal Returns and Exchanges within US are FREE.

  • If you live outside the US, you still have 45 days to return your FULL PRICE items, and 14 days for SALE items.

    International customers are required to cover any return shipping costs incurred. We strongly recommend using a carrier with tracking. To return your order please follow the 3 easy steps below:

      Please ensure that you return your items to the original country of purchase. We cannot accept returns purchased in other countries.
    3. Once we receive your parcel, your return will be processed within 14 business days. Your items must meet the Terms and Conditions in our policy. Please allow additional processing time over sale / holiday periods.
  • We have a range of toys backed by our Orgasm Guarantee. 
    If you’re not head over heels with Venus, Aura, Harley or Taurus, let us know within 45 days of receiving (and trying!) and we will happily provide a full refund, credit or exchange once returned.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Full Refunds

    If you have returned all items from an order, the full amount of your order will be refunded via Afterpay. Any money you have paid towards the order will be refunded and upcoming payments will be cancelled.


    Partial Refunds

    If you have returned selected items from an order, your Afterpay total will be adjusted. This will alter the amount that is due per fortnight. Based on the new total, if you have overpaid, the difference will be refunded back to you.

  • Credits are issued in the form of a Honey Birdette Gift Card, valid for 3 years for use both online and in-store.

    Please note: the Honey Birdette Gift Card will be issued to the email address attached to the original order.

  • We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased in sale or on promotion.

    Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.

EXCHANGES

  • We gladly offer exchanges on unworn, unwashed and unopened items in re-sellable condition with original tags still attached.

    If the requested item for an exchange is out of stock, our Customer Obsessive Team will contact you to organize an alternative solution. All exchanges are shipped with standard postage.
